The Board of Directors consists of volunteer community members who are dedicated to working towards a healthy and successful Imperial Valley Girls Softball League. Our board of directors is a team of people elected by a league's shareholders to represent the shareholders' interests and ensure that the league's management acts on their behalf. The head of the board is President, Rusty Garcia, while all other members and their roles are listed below.
Board terms of office is a one year commitment from July 1 to June 30. Board members are soley responsible for conducting the operation of the league. The board helps establish policies and procedures to implement league Bylaws and to govern the day to day operations of IVGSL. It is the responsibility of all board members to participate in all league functions throughout their entire selected term.
